Shipping method, timelines and prices
Canada Post expedited service is our standard for all shipments (options are available). Most metropolitan shipments will arrive within 3 days but remote destinations can take up to 10 days. You will be assigned a tracking number once your order is completed so that you can track your sunglasses every step of the way. Prices vary by destination. You will see the total shipping charge when you enter your shipping address.

Free shipping orders will be sent by Expedited Parcel. You may upgrade to Xpresspost or Priority at your expense.
Your order will be subject to either GST or HST depending on the delivery address of your order.
Errors and Omissions
On occasion there may be information on our site that is not correct such as product descriptions, pricing, colors, or availability. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any offer or price including after your order has been processed.
All sunglasses returned must be in their original packaging and in original factory condition. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your receipt. You will be refunded for the full amount of your purchase less the original shipping amount.
Refunds will be by credit card reimbursement only.
It is your option to ship the return package by whichever carrier you prefer but please make sure that it is traceable, has proof of delivery and that it is prepaid. We cannot accept COD shipments.
IMPORTANT: Please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. Print the return authorization number on the outside of the box in a visible manner before you ship it back to Visioncorp.
All of our sunglasses offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product purchased. Should a manufacturer’s defect occur at any time, the sunglass will be replaced with an identical or similar pair of equal value.
Visioncorp has sole discretion to assess manufacturer’s defects and cannot consider scratched or broken lenses and obvious signs of misuse or wear and tear.
